Associate Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager, Priority Banking, is an individual contributor responsible for acquiring and onboarding new high‑net‑worth clients, driving sales revenue and enhancing the client experience within Standard Chartered Bank’s Priority Banking division.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: Acquire new‑to‑bank sign‑ups and upgrade existing clients to Priority Banking, collaborate with referrals, walk‑ins and leads, and support migration to digital platforms.
• Business: Meet individual New Sales Revenue targets, deepen client revenue streams through retail products, and convert leads promptly.
• Governance: Adhere to laws, regulations, internal risk and compliance policies, complete KYC/CDD reviews, and finish mandatory risk and compliance training on schedule.
• Regulatory & Business Conduct: Uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct, identify and mitigate risk, conduct and compliance matters, and ensure ethical behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven ability to acquire and onboard high‑net‑worth clients in a banking environment.
• Strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering excellent client experience.
• Understanding of compliance, KYC/CDD and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
