Associate Relationship Manager, Priority Banking

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager, Priority Banking, is an individual contributor position focused on acquiring new clients and onboarding them end‑to‑end. The role drives new sales revenue, expands the Priority Banking client base, and delivers a superior client experience in line with the bank’s Treating Clients Fairly principles.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank sign‑ups and upgrade existing customers to Priority Banking through referrals, walk‑ins, leads and self‑identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to source and convert leads across multiple channels in a timely manner.
• Achieve individual New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets as defined in the FLIP guidelines.
• Deepen client relationships by cross‑selling retail products and supporting digital migration to online banking.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/CDD, anti‑money‑laundering policies, and internal risk and conduct standards.
• Complete mandatory risk and compliance training and proactively report any suspicious activity.
