About the role

This senior position leads the product strategy, development and performance for lending and business banking, ensuring robust risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research, define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with Risk, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to deliver products.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, manage risk registers and ensure effective controls.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, AML standards and Group policies.
• Lead and develop the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and risk awareness.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in banking, lending and product management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with ability to balance growth and risk.
