Marketing Manager

About the role

Boeffi International is looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and market growth in Brunei. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a blend of creative content creation, conversion optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and content across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee online and offline campaigns, manage leads, improve conversion funnels and analyse performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage marketing budgets and identify growth opportunities to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or team‑lead marketing role, preferably in wellness, lifestyle or consumer products.
• Proven track record with digital, social media (Meta, TikTok) and CRM lead management.
• Strong strategic planning, market research and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to lead a marketing team.
