• Develop onboarding flows that help operators connect channels, add properties and quickly realize value.
• Craft booking and guest journey experiences, including check‑in, extensions and upsells.
• Build and maintain a design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex information while preserving necessary details.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in an evolving environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain design decisions constructively.

• Design systems creation and maintenance.

What we offer

• Visible impact on short‑term rental operations through end‑to‑end product design.
• Direct collaboration with founders and access to real operational teams.
• Ownership across discovery, design and delivery phases.
• Opportunity to shape AI‑augmented workflows and define new interaction paradigms.
• Growth potential as the product and design function expands.
