Website Developer – WordPress Setup & SSL Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Website Developer to assist with the initial setup of a WordPress site on a Namecheap shared hosting account. The candidate will handle the core installation steps, allowing the client to focus on content and customization. The rest of the website configuration, content creation, and ongoing maintenance will be managed by the client.

Key responsibilities

• Install WordPress on a Namecheap shared hosting environment.
• Import and activate a pre‑purchased WordPress theme.
• Configure and install an SSL certificate to secure the site.
• Verify that the site functions correctly after setup.

Required profile

• Proven experience with WordPress installations on shared hosting platforms.
• Familiarity with Namecheap hosting control panel.
• Understanding of SSL certificate installation and basic site security.
• Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions.
