Information Technology Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Manager to oversee the company’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, and systems. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, data security, and cost efficiency across all technology assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware, software, networks, and user accounts.
• Oversee and maintain the Dealer Management System (DMS) and related applications.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and backup systems.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Ensure reliable connectivity, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Liaise with vendors, provide user support, and conduct IT training.
• Develop IT policies, documentation, and disaster recovery plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of IT management experience.
• Expert knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, and DMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT operations best practices.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
