About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Reservations Agent to join the team at Radisson Hotel Brunei. In this customer‑focused position you will turn booking enquiries into confirmed stays while delivering the high‑standard service that defines the Radisson brand.

Key responsibilities

• Convert guest enquiries into reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Upsell additional services and room categories to maximise revenue.
• Monitor consumer demand trends and adjust offers accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
