Senior Finance Analyst – Global Hospitality Tech

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation platform worldwide and needs a Senior Finance Analyst to build the financial infrastructure behind the fast‑growing business. You will work directly with the founders and senior leadership, own critical financial processes and provide insight that drives profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring accuracy and validation for management.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels, guaranteeing timely and accurate receipt.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review supplier invoices, manage company expenses and oversee statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners for compliance.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that give real‑time visibility into performance.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks or revenue leakage.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.
