Account Manager

About the role

The objective of this role is to sell UNN IT products and services to the assigned territory and/or customers, ensuring the yearly revenue budget is achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that identify customers' IT business needs and generate revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all functions and levels of the customer organisation.
• Identify business opportunities, position UNN IT solutions, and negotiate contractual terms.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals that address customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Provide monthly sales activity reports and assist with revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to deliver complex IT solutions and drive upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT sales, technical knowledge and customer relationship management.
• Solid understanding of data‑centre colocation, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
