Business Development and Procurement Executive

About the role

The Business Development and Procurement Executive supports Digital Sage Group’s commercial activities by identifying new business opportunities, managing RFQ and tender submissions, and handling procurement for the group and its sister companies.

Key responsibilities

• Search for relevant RFQs, tenders and business opportunities from government agencies and private organisations.
• Review tender specifications, purchase documents, and prepare checklists and supporting submission materials.
• Source products, suppliers and service providers, obtain and compare quotations, and assist with pricing calculations.
• Prepare and submit complete, accurate tender documents before deadlines, maintaining records of all opportunities.
• Manage internal purchase requests, evaluate local and international suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and verify specifications before ordering.
• Prepare purchase orders, coordinate samples, inspections, logistics, customs clearance and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier and vendor database and develop reliable supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Ability to work closely with Commercial, Finance and Operations teams.
• Capability to ensure tender and procurement submissions are accurate and delivered on time.
