Commercial and Procurement Lead

About the role

Digital Sage is seeking a commercially driven Commercial & Procurement Lead to manage the full commercial lifecycle for client projects, from initial request for quotation through procurement, delivery and invoicing. The role combines sales, sourcing and project coordination to ensure competitive quotations, efficient procurement and timely delivery while protecting margins.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer RFQs, source supplier pricing and prepare competitive quotations that maintain healthy margins.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers, issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping and customs to ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain visibility over all active quotations, orders and invoices, flagging commercial or delivery risks early.
• Prepare and issue documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial, procurement, sales operations, project coordination or supply chain functions.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage pricing, margins and profitability.
• Confident negotiator with both suppliers and customers.
• Highly organised, able to handle multiple projects and RFQs simultaneously.
