Cementing Specialist – Field Services

About the role

We are looking for a Cementing Specialist to join our field services team, responsible for delivering safe and reliable cementing operations to our customers. The role involves executing service delivery on‑site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining high quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient and reliable cementing services for customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement standard work procedures.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self‑assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Take part in service quality meetings and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Support HSE initiatives, wear required PPE and maintain up‑to‑date safety training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cementing operations within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of HSE policies and wellsite safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and deliver tasks on time.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
