About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Computing Lecturer to join our faculty. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching, mentor students and keep the curriculum aligned with industry trends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops and practical sessions on computing principles.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship and support to students.
- Develop and administer assessments, giving constructive feedback.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate real‑world examples into teaching.
- Collaborate with other faculty to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
Required profile
- Minimum master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (PhD preferred).
- Previous experience as a lecturer, teaching assistant or instructor is highly desirable.
- Hands‑on experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
Required skills
- Software development and programming.
- Game development.
- Networking.
- Database management.
- Proficiency with educational technology tools such as Turnitin.
