Drilling Fluids Plant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Drilling Fluids Plant Supervisor to lead our bulk plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable delivery of drilling fluids and bulk materials to wellsites. The role combines operational oversight, quality control and continuous improvement in a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bulk plant facilities, overseeing product blending, mixing and dispatch to field locations.
• Maintain strict quality‑control standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement service‑delivery improvements, standard work, and risk‑mitigation measures.
• Conduct inventory‑management activities including counts, balance verification and documentation.
• Monitor material costs and drive cost‑effective enhancements.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations for bulk handling.
• Oversee waste disposal, container and pallet management for bulk operations.
• Train and develop operators and trainees, managing performance of the plant team.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising bulk or fluids plants in the drilling or oil‑and‑gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality‑control procedures.
• Solid understanding of inventory‑management principles.
• Ability to analyse material costs and implement improvements.
• Experience in training and developing plant personnel.
