Executive, Client Key Account Management

About the role

The Executive, Client Key Account Management will support the Key Account Management team in delivering day‑to‑day operational excellence for strategic client partnerships. Acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters, this role ensures smooth execution of client commitments, timely issue resolution, and high client satisfaction throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager in managing assigned strategic client accounts.
• Serve as the daily contact for operational matters and client enquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, identify service gaps and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Track action items, prepare monthly performance reports and facilitate operational review meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, action plans and follow‑up activities, ensuring timely closure.
• Investigate and resolve client operational issues, escalating critical matters when necessary.
• Maintain issue logs, monitor trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather client feedback, support onboarding activities and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
