Product Manager – AI Healthcare

About the role

EVYDEV Technology is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI‑driven healthcare solutions within its national digital health platform, BruHealth. Based in Brunei Darussalam, you will own a product area from problem definition through launch and continuous improvement, working closely with clinical partners, government agencies, designers, engineers, and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, set success metrics, and prioritize initiatives.
• Create clear Product Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Lead product discovery using user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, medical data science, and compliance teams to develop safe, practical AI features.
• Manage delivery with engineering and QA, removing blockers and communicating progress.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience, or 2+ years with strong adjacent experience in engineering, design, data, or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record delivering digital products from discovery to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written communication for crafting requirements and documentation.
• Strong analytical ability to define metrics and interpret product data.
• Experience working in agile teams and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
