Well Site Coordinator – Oilfield Operations

About the role

The Well Site Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and integrating Schlumberger product lines at the wellsite to deliver safe and reliable services. Acting as the primary Schlumberger point of contact for the client, the role ensures HSE protection, stakeholder alignment and optimal execution of well operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities of all Schlumberger product lines on the wellsite.
• Lead HSE protection efforts and enforce safe working practices.
• Participate in safety and operations meetings related to well activities.
• Update forecasts and resource plans to meet well demands and improve service efficiency.
• Verify that equipment, personnel and services comply with contractual requirements.
• Manage inventory of tangibles such as cement, barite, bits and rental equipment, coordinating with product line operations and third‑party suppliers.
• Monitor well progress against the approved operational program and report any deviations.
• Maintain clear communications with all stakeholders and ensure timely daily reporting of well activities.
• Provide proper handover to relief personnel and support handoffs at key interfaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising intervention campaigns on wellsites.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on HSE protection.
• Ability to coordinate multiple product lines and external suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
