MEP Project Management Lead – Hospitality

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Project Management Lead to drive hospitality projects from conception through delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development – mentor junior project managers, foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – lead multidisciplinary teams, act as primary client contact throughout all project phases.
• Project Strategy & Planning – develop execution strategy, define KPIs, and establish robust governance frameworks.
• Project Oversight & Governance – drive executive reporting, implement controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
• Financial Oversight – monitor budgets, analyse cost drivers, manage invoicing using Dynamics 365.
• Construction Oversight – conduct site inspections, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with design intent and statutory requirements.
• Business Development – contribute to proposals, client presentations, and market engagement to support growth.
• Resource Planning & Management – lead resource planning, forecast needs, and address skill gaps across projects.

Required profile

• Construction‑related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in project or construction management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people‑management abilities.
• Proven business acumen with client‑facing and commercial negotiation experience.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Financial management and invoicing, preferably with Dynamics 365.
• Construction oversight, safety, and quality standards.
• Procurement processes and vendor management.
