Project Management Lead – Hospitality

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior leader to drive the delivery of hospitality construction projects. The role combines team leadership, client engagement, and end‑to‑end project oversight across strategy, execution and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, acting as the primary client contact throughout all phases.
• Define project execution strategy, KPIs and governance frameworks covering quality, safety, risk and environmental management.
• Implement robust project controls for schedule, cost, risk and change, and produce executive‑level performance dashboards.
• Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, variations and invoicing using Dynamics 365.
• Conduct site inspections, manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with design intent and statutory requirements.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and market engagement.

Required profile

• Construction‑related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project or construction management, including people management.
• Strong communication, leadership and business acumen with proven client‑facing experience.
• Experience in procurement, design coordination and financial oversight of large‑scale projects.
