About the role
Lead and manage Human Resources operations for Brunei, serving as the primary HR partner for employees and business leaders. Partner closely with the Malaysia HR team to drive HR initiatives, provide guidance on local employment matters, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver people solutions that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations for Brunei.
- Partner with the Malaysia HR team to drive regional HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on local employment matters and ensure statutory compliance.
- Deliver people solutions that align with business objectives.
Required profile
- Brunei resident, permanent work permit holder or Brunei PR.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with business partnering responsibilities.
- Experience partnering with business leaders on HR matters.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee lifecycle administration, and HR operations.
- Experience in a regional or matrix reporting environment is an advantage.
