Centralized Admin and Operations Executive

About the role

We are hiring a highly organised Centralized Admin & Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day administration across multiple business units. The role is hands‑on, focusing on maintaining accurate records, coordinating renewals, and ensuring audit‑ready documentation. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors and authorities to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage foreign‑worker quota, work‑pass, visa, medical, passport and related renewal/application records; prepare submissions and follow up with authorities.
• Maintain staff, licence, contract, insurance, vendor and compliance documentation, including expiry‑date trackers and filing systems.
• Organise calendars, shared drives, action lists, purchase/admin requests and operational reports across business units.
• Build and maintain Google Sheets/Excel trackers, templates, SOPs and dashboards; improve processes where data is missing or inconsistent.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and management, ensuring issues are followed through to closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administration or operations experience, with direct exposure to foreign‑worker quota and renewal processes in Brunei.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage confidential records.
• Clear written and spoken English and Malay with professional communication skills.
