Clinical Provider – Telehealth Mental Health Support

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite when needed) mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
