Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple market segments, including global multinational corporations (GMNC) and small‑to‑medium enterprises (SME). You will act as a strategic account manager, building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for GMNC and SME customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision‑makers and understand their business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized logistics and supply‑chain solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross‑sell and up‑sell DHL services to increase revenue.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
• Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a drive to achieve targets.
