Full-Time Junior Barber

About the role

A full-time, on-site junior barber position in Brunei Darussalam. The role covers haircutting, shaving and basic grooming, customer service and shop support, with a competitive basic salary.

Key responsibilities

• Provide haircutting, shaving and basic grooming services according to customer preferences.
• Advise customers on hairstyles and grooming.
• Handle bookings, enquiries and payments professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment and workstations.
• Support daily shop operations, monitor supplies and report low stock or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Help with social media content, promotions and marketing.
• Deliver friendly customer service and take part in training to improve skills.

Required profile

• Open to Brunei citizens, permanent residents and foreign applicants; barbering experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of haircutting, shaving and grooming techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, professional and able to work full-time, 6 days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Willing to follow instructions, work as part of a team and maintain hygiene standards.
