Vice President, Human Resources

About the role

DST is looking for an experienced people leader to guide its Human Resources function as it evolves into a leading telecommunications and digital-services organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of HR drives enterprise-wide HR strategy, enhances the employee experience and helps build a capable, engaged and future-ready workforce. The role covers two strategic pillars: Employee Experience, Trust & Wellbeing, and Workforce Strategy, Capability & Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an effective, fair and responsive employee experience, including rewards, manager support, employee relations, communication and wellbeing.
• Drive organisation design, workforce planning, recruitment, performance, talent development and succession.
• Build skills development and business-led learning that support internal career opportunities.
• Modernise HR operations, people analytics, self-service and workflow governance.
• Prepare the workforce for digital and AI-enabled ways of working, in partnership with business and technology leaders.
• Build a collaborative HR team focused on service quality, trusted advice and measurable business results.

Required profile

• Established senior HR leader, typically with 10+ years of progressive experience.
• Broad practical experience across employee relations, rewards, performance, talent and HR operations.
• Ability to link people strategy with commercial and organisational priorities.
• Strong interpersonal judgement, communication and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification or certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR) is welcome.
• Experience of HR transformation, people analytics and digital HR tools is valuable.
• Open only to Brunei citizens and permanent residents.
