Sales Advisor – Electric Vehicle Showroom

About the role

We are building the founding sales team for Brunei’s first Proton e.MAS showroom. As a Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and supporting the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in and online customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Deliver product presentations and vehicle demonstrations, explaining features, pricing, financing and after‑sales services.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and social media to nurture relationships.
• Create and publish engaging TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
• Ensure the showroom and display vehicles remain clean and presentation‑ready.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level/Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
• Valid Brunei driving licence (Class 3 or above).
• Willingness to work weekends and travel between districts or overseas as needed.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
