Sales Advisor – Electric Vehicle Showroom

About the role

Join the founding sales team for Proton e.MAS, Brunei's first electric‑vehicle showroom. As a Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact, guiding customers from enquiry through to vehicle delivery and promoting the brand online.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in and online customers professionally.
• Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations and explain features, pricing, financing and after‑sales services.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and social media to nurture relationships.
• Create and publish engaging content on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure display vehicles are presentation‑ready.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level/Diploma or equivalent.
• Active presence on social media with proven content‑creation ability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid Brunei driving licence (Class 3 or above) and willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.
• Prior customer‑facing experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
