Tour Coordinator

About the role

Pan Bright Travel Service is seeking a full‑time Tour Coordinator based in Bandar Seri Begawan. You will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering guided tours and travel itineraries for both individual and group customers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage guided tours, handling all bookings and coordinating with local and international service providers.
• Ensure logistics such as transport, accommodation and activities run smoothly.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed tour information and resolve issues before, during and after travel.
• Prepare tour documentation, maintain accurate records and support sales efforts for tour packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor tour quality, gather feedback and recommend service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience in guided tours and event management.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Clear spoken and written communication for interaction with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Sales experience with a track record of meeting booking targets.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays and manage multiple tours simultaneously.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality or tourism; relevant diploma or degree is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a diverse team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using reservation systems or travel‑industry tools.
