Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's daily store and inventory operations, ensuring the proper receiving, storage, issuance, and control of food, beverages, operating supplies, and other hotel‑related stock. The position requires strong knowledge of F&B inventory management, stock control procedures, and hotel operations, with the ability to supervise store staff and maintain accurate inventory records. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and control of food, beverages and operating supplies.
• Supervise store staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and F&B inventory management policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hotel stores, inventory, warehouse, or related operations.
• Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Senior Storekeeper, Inventory Supervisor, or similar role.
• F&B/hotel industry experience strongly preferred.
