Travel Consultant

About the role

Pan Bright Travel Service is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its Belait office. In this on‑site position you will assist clients with all aspects of travel planning, from initial consultation through booking and post‑travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert travel advice and tailor itineraries to meet client needs and budgets.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements using Global Distribution Systems, primarily Sabre.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and documentation for flights, hotels, tours and other services.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update booking systems daily.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
