Associate Relationship Manager, Priority Banking

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager is an individual contributor responsible for acquiring and onboarding new Priority Banking clients, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new to‑bank sign‑ups and upgrade existing clients to Priority Banking through referrals, walk‑ins, leads and self‑identified opportunities.
• Achieve New Sales Revenue targets, deepen client revenue streams with retail products and support digital migration to online banking.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/CDD, anti‑money‑laundering policies and complete mandatory risk and compliance training.

Required profile

• Strong client communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints and work collaboratively across business functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
