Building & Engineering Technician

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Building & Engineering Technician to maintain and enhance the building systems of its Brunei property. The role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring all facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and internal departments.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and keep accurate service logs.
• Inspect lighting, air‑conditioning, water supply, and safety equipment, reporting any defects.
• Support engineering team during events and assist with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on managerial style and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and provide practical recommendations.
