Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will coordinate and administer all learning and development activities across the hotel, supporting employee growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with department heads and maintain the annual training calendar.
• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and in‑house training sessions on service culture, standards, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate external training programs, workshops, certifications, and seminars, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, mentorship, coaching, and career development programs.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Manage training logistics, budgets, vendor communications, and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training or hospitality operations.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Workday or similar HR tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications.
