Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure high‑quality guest dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries and resolve problems.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, helping achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Assist in controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships and promote the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do work style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
