Product Manager – AI‑Driven Healthcare

About the role

EVYDEV Technology is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI‑driven healthcare products within its BruHealth platform and preventive health portfolio. Based in Brunei Darussalam, you will own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and continuous improvement, delivering solutions that have national impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for a product area, setting success metrics, prioritising initiatives and delivering impactful solutions.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Lead product discovery through user research, stakeholder interviews and data analysis, translating insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, medical data science and compliance teams to develop safe, practical AI‑powered features.
• Manage delivery with engineering and QA, removing blockers, mitigating risks and communicating progress.
• Mentor junior team members and share product best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product management experience (or 2+ years with strong adjacent experience in engineering, design, data or healthcare operations).
• Proven track record delivering digital products from discovery to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written communication, analytical skills and ability to define success metrics.
• Experience working with engineers and designers in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving.
