Reliability Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead reliability initiatives within the oil and gas sector. The role focuses on improving asset performance, reducing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through robust analysis and training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address equipment failures.
• Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies to optimize maintenance strategies.
• Develop and deliver training on RCA, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Bad Actors identification, and related reliability techniques.

Required profile

• 10 to 20 years of experience in oil and gas or a related industry.
• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Familiarity with Asset Performance Management (APM) software.
• Background in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
